Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
¼- ½ cup frozen mango
¼- ½ cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 heaping tsp. spirulina
1 scoop ground flax
1 teaspoon coconut oil
About 2 cups of water, add more to desired consistency
Blend to smooth!
